SHELISHA L. STEELE
Shelisha is a corporate, employment and intellectual property attorney. As an Associate Attorney with Trusted Counsel, Shelisha advises various small- to mid-size companies, private equity investors, and Fortune 500 companies on commercial, corporate, employment, intellectual property, and business technology transactions.
Shelisha has represented corporations and private equity funds in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and venture capital transactions. Her experience also includes representing employers on employment matters, including discrimination and harassment in the workplace, wage and hour compliance, and employee benefits. Prior to becoming an attorney, Shelisha gained extensive experience in Human Resources Risk and Compliance, Health and Welfare Benefits and Business Immigration.
Shelisha graduated from The University of Alabama with a B.S. in Business Management, followed by a MBA at Troy University, and then earned her J.D. from The University of Tennessee College of Law.
Shelisha lives in the Metro Atlanta area. She enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs mentoring, and cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide football team.
